Renovation and make-ready that protects the asset.

When a unit needs turnover work — or a building needs a real rehab — construction runs through REGP Construction. Scope first. No inflated bids. Day-to-day management stays with Good Karma Estates. One owner conversation; the right company for the job.

What we do

Minor repairs to full gut rehabs.

REGP Construction handles the work a homeowner — or a multifamily owner — actually needs. Most of the volume is turnovers: baths, kitchens, new flooring (LVP / tile), plumbing, electrical, drywall, and paint. Chicago GC license. Insured.

Turnovers & make-ready

Get vacant units rent-ready without turning a simple punch list into a capital project.

Systems & finishes

Flooring (LVP / tile), plumbing, electrical, drywall, and paint — the trades that show up on almost every rehab.

CHA / FHA repairs

We can handle the repair work when it comes up.

Repair capability — not a placement specialty

We can handle CHA / FHA repairs on a managed property. That means the physical work and the standards that go with it — not a voucher-placement desk. If you need placement help, say so and we will tell you what we do and what we do not.

Scope before spend

Same operator habit as management: diagnose the work, then decide repair vs. replace. We do not inflate scope because a contractor prefers replacement.

With management

Make-ready sequenced with leasing.

Vacant units do not produce income. When GKE is managing the property, REGP Construction scopes the turnover so trades and leasing are not waiting on each other. When you only need the rehab, we still start with scope — then build the bid around what the asset needs.

Management fees live on the owners conversation (percentage of rents, sized to how hard the building is to manage). Renovation pricing is scoped per job — not a published rate card on this page.

Case studies

Coming after owner approval.

Short before/after cards will land here once photos and scope details are approved for public use. We do not publish project claims, timelines, or addresses until then.

Straight answers

Before you call about a rehab.
